While sitting in meditation you may feel like itching or
scratching your nose or your body, just allow it to happen do not stop it,
there could be some jerks or body movements, some movements of the head or you
may open your eyes and close it back again, you may want to know what your neighbour
is doing, let it happen, simply watch each and everything that is happening to
you while you are sitting in meditation. The entire purpose is to sit with your
eyes closed in a relaxed position to watch, to watch everything and whatever
that is happening to you.
